2025 TSF $100,000 National Grant Winner
Christina & Kelvi Polanco
Christina has known since she was 17 that carrying a child would not be possible. Diagnosed with MRKH, surrogacy became the only path to having a biological child. In the middle of navigating infertility, Kelvi faced his own battle with cancer. Through it all, they kept going.
2025 Hatch Full Journey Grant
Brittany & Tyler Luskin
After more than five years of fertility treatments, multiple procedures and losses, and over $82,000 spent out of pocket, they faced a reality no family should have to face. A diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis made it impossible for Brittany to carry a pregnancy.
